Education: (B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc/MCA/MBA) – Computer Graduates or equivalent to any Specialization or related field.

ABSOLUTE Requirements for success:
- 3 to 5 years of previous successful sales experience in a business to business environment (ideally in IT outsourcing services, professional services or solutions selling)
- Experience selling to small, mid-size and Fortune 1000 corporations
- Passion for delivering positive, measurable results
- Internally motivated with self-confidence and patience and a strong desire to exceed expectations
- Must be a highly skilled hunter and/or farmer, highly motivated by a performance based compensation plan
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain effective new business relationships in order to leverage and set up effective account management
- Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C-Level executives
- Identifying prospective clients & create the go to market plan for the identified territory & industry vertical
- Develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal, final selection, due diligence and closing
- Willing to travel to Middle East
- Demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques in securing profitable business
- Cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships for new accounts.
- In addition, also enhancing business from existing accounts achieving consistent contribution and collection norms
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality
- Building credibility and gaining market share in the territory.
- Prior experience with any of the ERP product will be a great advantage.
